I found it strategically located close to rental cars like Europcar and IDrive. Lidl supermarket was well within a walking distance and helped a lot then of course the metro was just right a few minutes away.
The drains in the bathroom, the hot water was slow, the ventilation can be better with redesigned window, a fresh wardrobe cabinet should be returned.

The host is really friendly and kind even if he don’t talk english , he try so hard to help! Spanish and italian will be good to communicate with him!
No window in the room even with a fan that was so hot inside at night in july! I didn’t understand why we should pay taxes in cash (3,5€ for each person / day)
