Place was just as the pictures show. Was perfect for my daughter and I to explore Tacoma and Seattle. The owner was even kind enough to offer us guidance in how to use the light rail. It does have AC but it's one window unit. It was perfectly adequate for us, but it was only in the low 80s and it was just 2 o

It was perfect location to walk to the markets and UPS campus. Quiet though on the corner of what appeared to be two well travelled streets. We enjoyed our stay! No issues with ANY parts of the booking, check-in or check out. Very close to downtown Tacoma and restaurants as well as hiking trails on the point.
