Location, comfort of beds
The upstairs shower would not produce hot water. We arrived Tuesday and reported the problem on Thursday morning. By the time we left, there was still no hot water to the upstairs shower. We selected and paid for two showers and were only able to use one.

Amazing apartment and excellent communication! Very quiet area (please help to keep it that way!) but located a stone’s throw from the metro.
The bathroom doors squeak a bit but that’s an extremely minor thing to mention. The apartment was otherwise perfect
