About this house rental
Cozy, bright and modern apartment. This accommodation has a strategic location: it will be very easy to plan your visit!
Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with 2 sofa beds, Smart TV - 2 double bedrooms. Full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, built-in wardrobes and 2 sofa beds in the living room. The living room has double height with a staircase that is not suitable for children or elderly people.
Reservations of up to 10 people between adults and children are allowed. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment fit their needs before confirming their reservation.
There are no cots or extra beds available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps and USB chargers.
The living room has a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8...
There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost and you will find a folding clothesline, iron and ironing board.
In the bathroom there is a towel, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.
Free Wi-Fi (high speed at 300 Mbps), heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
During your stay you will be provided with towels and bed linen (duvets + sheets-duvet covers)
Easy and convenient access by public transport. The house is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and with a strategic location next to the Cuatro Caminos metro: connections with lines 1 (blue), 2 (red) and 6 (gray) of the metro. And a city bus station on the surface that allows us to reach any area from Madrid.
This line has direct access to four routes – Malasaña area (Tribunal, Bilbao) – Madrid City Centre (Gran Vía – Puerta del Sol – Tirso de Molina) and Atocha - Renfe. Total journey time in less than 15-20 minutes.
Travel times:
10-15 min. to the Centre (Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol…) or Malasaña (Bilbao, Tribunal…) – Direct connection with the blue metro line 1
7-8 min. Uber/Taxi to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium - Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza de Cuzco
8-9 min. Uber/Taxi to Calle Orense
4 min. (Walking) to Calle Bravo Murillo
6 min. (Walking) to Cuatro Caminos (Connection to all of Madrid by metro and city buses)
10-12 min. a Plaza Castilla
6-7 min Uber/Taxi Nuevos Ministerios metro direct connection to Barajas Airport – Adolfo Suarez. Metro lines 6, 8 and 10, bus station and medium distance trains (commuter trains) to move around the entire Community of Madrid.
