It is located very close to metro station and plenty of affordable restaurants and bars. Also several grocery stores opened 24 hours. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen.
Stairs are challenge if you are accommodated on the last floor.

The location was very good, the property was very clean, warm and very comfortable, it was very near the metro and only 5 stops from Gran Via. Also lots of shops including 24hr supermarket nearby.
Access to the property was by Mittapp We had a very bad experience with this. We were over for a hospital procedure. Staying at property for 12 nights. On returning after an overnight stay The door to our apartment was wide open, luckily as it was early January a quiet time, the only other apartment on our floor was unoccupied so thankfully nothing was taken. On the morning we were to leave, at 8 am in the morning while we were still in our beds the door of the apartment was opened by a couple who were not meant to be able to access the property until 3pm that evening. Also at times the app does not work 1st or 2nd time opening main door, which can be disconcerting if returning alone at night. In my opinion this Mittapp is a very very unsafe. We emailed the property about this situation but so far they have not shown the courtesy of a reply or explaination. So although the property itself is kept well, comfortable and near everything, It is also definitely not safe and secure.
