Great location. Near a supermarket and near the subway .

We had a rental car and parking was hard to find near the apartment ..The apartment was abit on the small side and the shower was small .

the apartment was bright and comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed and we felt right at home! the beds were comfortable as was the sofa, there were two televisions and plenty of wardrobe space!

the only issue we had was the noise levels are very loud due to thin walls, we heard the neighbours taking very loudly until 2am most nights which was unpleasant, and could hear their tv constantly. there was also a little mould in certain places like the bedroom balcony door frame and bathroom in the shower area that we noticed upon arrival.

Betten, Schränke und Schlafräume sauber. Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen vorhanden. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Eine Ration Waschpulver vorhanden. Esstisch und Stühle gut. Rollläden und Fenster(-Türen) gut. Haartrockner. Spülmittel, 1 Spültuch, Spülschwamm und 1Abtrockentuch, Mülltüten vorhanden. Kommunikation per whatsapp pünktlich, informativ und hilfreich bei WohnungsÜbernahme und -Rückgabe.

Schmutz im Hauseingangsbereich unangenehm. Staub auf Fußboden in Wohnung unangenehm. Vielleicht Saharastaub Ursache. Sofa im Wohnzimmer abgenutzt. Wegen Abnutzung mit Decke abgedeckt. Decke unangenehm. 2 kleine Tuben Duschgel-Shampoo sehr knapp! Küchenmöbel abgenutzt und z. T. instabil und schmutzig. Nicht mehr als das Nötigste an Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen und Küchenhelfern. Kein Haushaltspapier. Ecken im Bad abstoßend schmutzig. Viele Schimmelstellen, besonders an unterem Rand der Duschtüren. Wahrscheinlich nicht gut gelüftet. Wenig Toilettenpapier(2 kleine, dünne Rollen für 2 Personen für eine Woche!!) Toilettenbürste abstoßend dreckig und abgenutzt. . In Bad und Küche nach feuchtem Wischen nicht trocken gerieben. Überall Wischspuren, z. Bsp. auf Spiegel und Ceranfeld. Kein Staubsauger. Der wäre hilfreich gewesen. Zusatzkosten bei nicht Einhaltung von Regeln beim Verlassen der Wohnung angedroht. Im Verhältnis zum Grad der Sauberkeit in der Wohnung unangemessen. Wegen Lage an Kreuzung relativ laute Umgebung.
