Apartamentos Tetuán Sandino

Lokalizacja świetna, bardzo pomocny właściciel. Wszystko było w porządku. Klimatyzacja to zbawienie przy takich temperaturach

Nic

Beds were comfortable, communication with property owner was great and they apply on our every message. Nice internet connection so I could work very well. There is also a smart TV which is a huge plus. Location is very close to metro station, like 5 minutes from M1. Kitchen is very good equipped, has everything (big fridge, microwave, stoves, pans and pots + coffee maker, juicer). Also it is finally nice to have a lot of clothes hangers, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment.

Sound isolation was terrible, you can hear every move from other apartments and outside noise. There are no real walls, I think there are no brick walls, just cardboard box. The entire apartment smells like mold and whole building also. There were not slippers and whole apartment is in tiles and if you have only socks your feet will be very cold all the time. The Shower door was broken when we got there and bathroom was always wet after we took the shower. Bathroom window is always open because they need to ventilate horrible smell of the mold coming from bathroom. Also in 2nd bedroom there are no shades and you get feeling you are in the basement.
