About this apartment rental
Designer apartment in a prestigious building with unbeatable transportation links. Very quiet, clean, and pleasant for relaxing.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with everything you need so you’ll want for nothing during your stay.
It features underfloor heating and air conditioning in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is below ground level and stays cool in the summer, so it doesn’t need air conditioning. This bedroom does have radiator heating for the winter.
In order to comply with National Police regulations, the following information must be provided for all guests within 24 hours of booking and always before check-in: FULL NAME, NATIONALITY, VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT (ID CARD, PASSPORT, …), ID NUMBER, SUPPORT NUMBER (FOR SPANISH ID CARDS AND NIE), DATE OF BIRTH, AND PERSONAL MAILING ADDRESS

Weird basement situation but was fine for a night. Decent location and very clean. Nice bathroom and upstairs room. Neighborhood wasn't the best but not too bad. Would stay again.

Apartment was nice and cool and excellently located- close to a supermarket, the metro and places to eat but not in the main tourist area. Ivan was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Lovely Spanish wine and other treats left for us to enjoy too. Thank you

Good location, close to a metro station Line 1 Rios Rosas. Good location, quiet and very well-lit at night.
