Les instructions claires et précises, et ce depuis avant notre arrivée à l'établissement. Bien situé, le cadre est également confortable avec un accès à quasiment tout. Le système AC marche bien, l'électricité également. L'appartement a assez de place pour une famille moyenne. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour guider le client et réagi avec rapidité et surtout très courtois dans les échanges.
Les chambres au sous-sol ne disposent pas de fenêtre pour aérer et permettre la poussière de circuler. Les toilettes également ne disposent pas de fenêtre.

Close proximity to the metro and a vibrant area of Madrid. Very convenient and the apartment was spacious.
The property shows wear and tear. The washrooms are not the cleanest. There are very limited necessities included for a group,(ex: no shower gels/shampoos, no boxed napkins, paper towels, basic spices.. etc.)
