This accommodation has a strategic location: it will be very easy to plan your visit! Located very close to the Alvarado metro (

Alvarado Metro Line 1 direct to (Malasaña) Bilbao – Tribunal – (Center) Gran Vía - Puerta del Sol - Lavapiés - Atocha - Perfect location to get to know Madrid and very close to the AZCA business area, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and the commercial Calle Orense.
The accommodation has 2 rooms with a double bed each, and 1 sofa bed in the living room.
Reservations of up to 80 people between adults and children are accepted. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment fit their needs before confirming their reservation.
There are no cots or extra beds available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps and USB chargers.
The living room has a 50 smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8...
There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost and you will find a folding clothesline, iron and ironing board.
In the bathroom there is a towel, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

The house is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and with a strategic location next to the Alvarado metro (line 1- Blue).
Easy and comfortable access by public transport.
This line has direct access to four roads - Malasaña area (Tribunal, Bilbao) - Madrid Center (Gran Vía - Puerta del Sol). Sol – Tirso de Molina) and Atocha - Renfe. Total journey time in less than 15-20 minutes.
There are four connections to metro lines 2 (red) and 6 (grey) on the way. And there is a city bus station on the surface that allows us to reach any area of Madrid.
Travel times:
10-15 min. to the Centre (Gran Via, Puerta del Sol…) or Malasaña (Bilbao, Tribunal…) – Direct connection to the blue metro line 1
6-8 min. Uber/Taxi to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium - Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza de Cuzco
5-6 min. Uber/Taxi to Calle Orense
1 min. (Walking) to Calle Bravo Murillo, Alvarado metro
5-6 min. (Walking) to Cuatro Caminos (Connection to all of Madrid by metro and city buses)

Really nice little flat. Bars and cafes in the neighborhood were real cheap: breakfast for 5 for 20, dinner for 100, 2 rounds of drinks for 5 for 50.It took us about 15 minutes by car to go to the center of Madrid. Parking is a beast in Madrid though. The shower was a bit small, but the WiFi was fast.
