About this house rental
Great location. Modern and cozy apartment.
Equipped kitchen, living room with 1 sofa bed and 50” Smart TV, 2 bedrooms with double bed and full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and wifi.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, built-in wardrobes and 1 sofa bed in the living room.
Reservations of up to 8 people between adults and children are accepted. Guests must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation.
There are no cots or extra beds available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps and USB chargers.
The living room has a 50 smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8...
There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost and you will find a folding clothesline, iron and ironing board.
In the bathroom there is a towel, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.
Free Wi-Fi (high speed at 300 Mbps), heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
During your stay you will be provided with towels and bed linen (duvets + sheets-duvet covers)
Next to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and the financial district of Madrid (AZCA, Cuzco, Torre Picasso...). Close to Calle Orense, one of the main commercial axes of Madrid, with stores such as Zara, Mango, Pull&Bear, H&M, Bershka, C.C Moda Shopping and the shopping center of English: Corte Inglés. Easy and convenient access by public transport.
The property is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and strategically located next to the Alvarado metro (line 1 - Blue).
This line has direct access to four routes - Malasaña area (Tribunal, Bilbao) - Madrid City Centre (Gran Vía - Puerta del Sol - Tirso de Molina) and Atocha - Renfe. Total journey time in less than 15-20 minutes.
There are four routes with connections to metro lines 2 (red) and 6 (grey). And a city bus station on the surface that allows us to reach any area of Madrid.
Travel times:
10-15 min. to the Centre (Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol...) or Malasaña (Bilbao, Tribunal...) - Direct connection with metro line 1 - Blue
6 min Uber/Taxi Nuevos Ministerios metro direct connection with Barajas Airport - Adolfo Suarez. Metro lines 6, 8 and 10, bus station and mid-distance trains (commuter trains) to move around the entire Community of Madrid.
3-5 min. Uber/Taxi to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium - Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza de Cuzco

great place for us and 25 min away from airport

We had to wait nearly 45 minutes for the host to arrive to let us in. No instructions for parking were given and we ended up with a 90 euro parking ticket. The apartment was not very clean and the shower was broken. We had to clean out the drain to avoid flooding the place and the shower head was broken. It has lots of potential and is in a great location in Madrid. It just needs a little bit of attention to make it a top notch rental.
