Chic cozy renovated 2bedr2bath apt - Chamberí

The apartment is located in a pleasant Madrid neighbourhood, with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. It is a good size for 3–4 people, and having two bathrooms is definitely a plus. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the air conditioning is a major advantage during the summer.

The second bedroom is actually a windowless space below ground level, communicationg via stairs with the living room. This is not made sufficiently clear in either the photos or the description. Being at ground level also means that the apartment is very noisy: you can hear people passing directly outside and, most notably, the rubbish collection late at night. The glass collection is particularly disruptive, taking place daily at around midnight. Check-in/check-out was straightforward, although rather expensive: we were charged an additional €20 for a 10-minute delay.
