El apartamento es muy cómodo con dos habitaciones amplias con camas de matrimonio y muy bien situado al lado del Parque del Oeste. La sala de estar es pequeña pero bien aprovechada, muy cómoda para visitar Madrid. Tiene la parada de metro de Argüelles a 5 minutos caminando.
