The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location to explore the city. We had everything we needed.
It has centralized air conditioning, which worked very well during our stay, especially in the bedrooms, keeping them cool. There is an extra air conditioning unit that you can use on very hot days, plus fans.
It can get noisy at night, if you open the windows. It didn’t bother us that much.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.
This is just some advice for the future. For families that travel with babies or toddlers, it would be very much appreciated to confirm the availability of a cot in advance. Even though I asked about this weeks in advance, I didn’t receive a confirmation and was asked to confirm with the team one day before our arrival. It can be stressful not knowing if your baby has his own, safe place to sleep or not. We did get a cot in the end, everything was well!

La propiedad está en una ubicación excelente, al lado de plaza españa, a una cuadra de gran via.
Eramos 3 adultos y una niña de 12 años y estuvimos muy cómodos. El apto es tal cual lo que se ve por fotos. No se escucha nada de los movimientos de la calle. Tiene todo lo necesario y todo funciona perfectamente. El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento. Muy fácil el check in y el check out. Lo recomendamos 100% y volveremos la próxima vez.

Location is Central and close to the metro. Well equiped kitchen with the exception of a dish cloth.
Hide a bed in the living room was not very comfortable but the beds in the two bedrooms were great.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi.
Hiç bir şey ayarlanmamıştı 5 kişi olduğumuzu bildirmeme rağmen. Ev sahibinin tutumuda hoş değildi. Whatsapp üzerinden iletişimi kabul etmiyorlar. Kahve makinesi, havlu pecete, havlu vs yoktu. Havlu sadece 2 tane bırakılmıştı daha doğrusu.
