The location,very central, very clean ,modern appartment,easy check in, well equipped, very comfortable for 4 persons
The only thing we did not like was the TV stations ,only spanish stations .More international stations would have made our stay more pleasantly.

Appartamento meraviglioso, non mancava niente, pulito e tutto organizzato perfettamente. Noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo.
Posizione top , a 2 passi da Plaza Espana e a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Reale e da tutti i punti di interesse più importanti e da mille ristoranti e negozi.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è TOP e l’host è stato super disponibile e chiaro per ogni nostra esigenza.
Abbiamo passato 4 giorni favolosi ! Spero di tornarci presto e di soggiornare ancora in questo appartamento !

La ubicación , la limpieza ,la iluminación del apartamento y el buen trato de los porteros del edificio.
Empecemos, para que un apartamento sea deslumbrante tiene que ser los 365 días del año : primero el manteniendo, las paredes necesitan quitar las manchas y rozaduras especialmente de las habitaciones , las mesillas que se encuentran en ambos lados de la cama están para cambiarlas , se encuentran en mal estado , el marcó de la puerta correderas del cuarto de baño se a levantado la melamina necesita un cambio, el sistema de calefacción es ruidoso y no digamos se escucha toda la noche las voces que hace la gente en la calle en los bajos del edificio, hace falta un mayor aislamiento en las ventanas
