Much quieter than we expected. There was a full kitchen, not just a kitchenette as advertised, and it was well-stocked with supplies, so we were very happy. Beds comfortable, with plenty of linens. Hosts were super responsive to requests or issues we had, and were extremely nice and helpful.
While overall it was pretty clean when we came in, the floors were not, and we had to mop them. We also found an item left over from a previous guest. However, the overall facility was very clean and well-maintained.
