We only stayed for one night - regrettably as we didn’t realize how well connected this property was. You can’t get better for location - minutes walk to everything. The property itself was clean and comfortable. However I would recommend to say that the bed on the couch was not great. It was incredibly loud as the busy Madrid street is right there and there is no way to block out the light coming in. I would recommend that you advise that the bed couch is the last place to sleep or to be prepared with mask and earplugs. The rest of the apartment was quiet, clean and easy to rest. The beds were very comfortable and thank you for the towels as we had been travelling all day and a shower was wonderful. As noted on other reviews, the downstairs access is tucked away and not intrusive at all. It’s perfectly reasonable and there was no evidence of mould or anything. Overall I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property in Madrid. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, which made check-in and our entire stay smooth. The location couldn’t be better—right by Gran Vía and surrounded by great conveniences, including a bakery, coffee shop, and grocery store all within a few steps. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had a large living room that gave our family plenty of space to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

This location has great access to all Madrid has to offer and even better the apartment was wonderful in itself! Comfortable, all that you may need and very welcoming! When we come back to Madrid, we would love to come back to this apartment!!!
