It was well located near two metro stations, and it was quiet and well equipped.
The street feels a little run down. Also had to buy our own toilet paper as not enough supplied to last us 6 nights.

Location, comfortable bed
Expensive to be an apartment with parts to be painted and a maxive contraction/renovation with scaffolding right at the door of the unit.
