Cleaning lady gave us extra toilet paper. Close to family who live in the area

Overloaded waher/dryer was still running when we arrived. We had to split the load to get everything dry before using. Towel had a clump of hair on it. Sheets for sofa bed were thread bare & we requested new towels & sheets the next morning. There was a big hole in the sofa covered with a sheet. We reported when discovered so we would not be held responsible. The sofa mattress was terrible. We also reported the loud noisy people out in the courtyard area at 3:10 AM. I had to move into the 'bedroom' area to get to sleep. The picture & description online were deceiving. The door with the address on it was locked & we had to contact the host to figure out where/how to get the keys. There were people just hanging out on the stairs off & on during the week. We had to carry bags & a stroller down 2 flights of stairs at times because the gate to the ramp was closed/locked & we had no key to it.

Pasamos una noche en este piso cuatro amigas y quedamos encantadas con la estancia, el apartamento estaba muy bien cuidad, era acogedor y su ubicación es uno de sus puntos fuertes ya que es una zona céntrica lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad, a demás el anfitrión fue muy amable. Volveríamos a repetir sin dudarlo

El apartamento estaba en buenas condiciones y bien ubicado.

Cerca de Lope de vega ( rey leon), para una pareja está bien si sierra las puertas interiores que hay en la zona de cama por el ruido

Que hay discotecas debajo y durante toda la noche se escucha voces y peleas
