דירה חדשה, נוחה מבחינת חלוקה וגודל חדרים. מטבח חדיש ומאובזר היטב. אמבטיה חדשה. יש מכונת כביסה ומדיח. מיזוג בחדרים. מיקום נהדר - חמש דקות מתחנת מטרו, שכונה נעימה ושקטה, סופר מרקט קרובים, בר צמוד. הדירה בקומת קרקע - יש רעשי רחוב, אנחנו אהבנו.
מנוהל על ידי חברה, שאמנם משתדלת אבל במקרה שלנו הגיבו לאט. כשהגענו ראינו שטלביזיה לא עובדת והשאירו לנו שק מגבות בחדר. לקח 3 ימים עד שהגיעו לסדר. אז גם סידרו את המזגנים. באמבטיה יש מדי פעם ריח לא נעים. דברים קטנים שהעיבו קצת על השהייה. חבל.
