Xenia Apartments - Spacious three-room apartment in Moscova area

the apartment is great, well equipped and well maintained

The self check-in procedure was VERY superfluous - instead of asking of just photos of our documents, the online form required us to manually fill in all their data, + upload photos of front and back (which makes no sense for passports - so I am 100% sure no one will ever look at these photos) + selfie with a document from each person! Compare that to the apartment that we rented directly afterwards in Florence - they simply asked us for photos of our documents

I loved the location it was so convenient and walkable distance to everywhere, the apartment was clean and very comfortable for my family of 5. The owner was easy to contact and always willing to assist

Initially we had a hiccup due to linen not being delivered but was easily sorted and not the fault of the property

temizlik çok kötü , yerler silinmemiş , mutfak ve banyo pis , daire sahibine mesaj atmamıza rağmen dönüş cevap verilmedi odalarda yatak içinde ve mutfakta minik karınca tarzı böcekler vardı. su ısıtıcı mutfakta yoktu , dolap içleri kirliydi.
