Bright double studio with large patio space

The flat had a marvellous rooftop area, and it was extra special as the weather was fantastic! The owner was very helpful and friendly and also ran the bar downstairs, which is well worth a visit, the location, near the Raynes Park train station, was just superb!

Nothing it was great!

It is very closed to Raineys park station so for community the apartment looks perfect. Also it has a large patio space with garden desk and chairs. When the weather is good you can enjoy outside easily.

There is no lift in the building. It is old building and you have to use 2 flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

The location was very good as I was visiting family in Raynes Park. Close to the station although one did hear the trains. The owners are lovely and hepful.

I believe this accommodation is more for a backpacker or someone under 30 years. There are two very steep flights of stairs and a long pathway to get to the gate to enter the first flight of stairs which is in the open. With rain the pathway gets very muddy and is pretty dark during the evening when coming back late on ones own. There are sensor lights as one reaches certain points but for me not ideal. I also chose the place as I thought they had a bath but it is a shower in the bath so one can only shower not bath too. There is only a coffee machine no coffee plunger.
