One bedroom Putney Village flat

Check-in: Schlüssel in versperrter Box hinterlegt. Kein Kontakt mit Vermieter. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Ausziehbare Coach in Küche/Wohnzimmer, Dusche, Zimmer mit ca 1,40 /1,50 m Doppelbett, Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (alles, das man braucht war vorhanden; nur 1 Müllsack wäre hilfreich gewesen)

Etwas sauberer hätte es sein können: zB Toaster war noch mit Brösel, Fenster etwas schmutzig; Klospülung ist etwas zu stark, sodass Wasser über Klobrille spritzt, aber sonst in Ordnung An manchen Tagen starker Flugverkehr

Location was excellent and cleaning lady we met was lovely and helpful

Very neglected. Front garden to the property is a disgrace, front door inside is covered in cobwebs, walls on stairwell very grubby as is the carpet. Walls in bedroom scuffed and need a good wash. Mattress is sooo soft it felt like a bath sponge although admittedly I slept relatively well. It wasn’t equipped for the heat - the fan provided was pretty pathetic. I don’t think the owner has been there to do a quality check in years. Shower drain cover floats around in the shower, draining of shower not great as I feared it would flood - basically it needs some TLC - a great little spot but very neglected - and the screaming kids next door were next level annoying

No duvet cover or pillow cases for the pull out bed. Doors, woodwork & window pains needed a good clean.
