Fab flat

The property was incredibly clean, modern and comfortable. From the bed sheets down to the towels everything was immaculate. There was a good sized comfortable sofa bed in the lounge and double bed in a separate bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and shower/ toilet was spotless. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately we had to check in later than expected due to a family emergency and the hosts were very understanding and told us not to worry and just to keep them updated. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit family in London.

Location was ideal for a couple or would suit solo traveller looking for a west London base. Newly renovated apartment spotless and comfortable

Like purely to nitpick for sake of saying something but a shelf in the shower but like nothing significant the place worked really well

We liked the flat arrangement , plenty room for two people . The host were very good and helpful . We felt with the host that nothing would have been too much trouble for them . We felt very secure . It was nice and quiet .

We really missed a microwave We feel that there was too much stuff e.g half packets of food condiments etc , used hotel slippers etc left by other guest etc We feel it all needs a good de clutter.

Bed comfortable. Kitchen functional.

Shower sub-par. Couch uncomfortable. Was strangely asked by the owner to stay at a different property than the address associated with the listing. The photos on the listing correspond to the property at which I was asked to stay.
