It was so spacious! The beds were comfortable and it was wonderful that they had an air conditioning unit in the master bedroom. We also appreciated that they allowed us to check-in early when we arrived after an overnight flight.
The master bathroom shower and the fan in the living room need cleaned, but everything else was spotless. We had requested an extra towel but never received one.

Easy location and top floor with a lift. Very clean and helpful good communication. Nice area of London.
Very basic provisions - we had to buy our own dish cloths bc we couldn’t find any. Also no aircon although mobile units provided for each room but a terribly hot week and consequently hot apartment.
