Kew Bridge Apartments

Lovely location. Easy walk distance to 3 different trains and several bus stops. Near the amazing Kew Gardens. Nice sized rooms, very clean, good bathrooms. Laundry in unit adds to the comfort, and the team on site was very accommodating and easy to deal with.

The units do not have central air, which is fine you get a good cross breeze through the window and they have a little portable unit if it is running warmer - which is great except one of the residents goes directly outside the entry every night around 10-11 pm to smoke. It gets in the unit and lingers. Would love if management could make them smoke somewhere else.

The house is located very close to Kew Bridge station, with plenty of shops and mini-markets nearby. We easily found everything we needed, even late at night. Although it's about 35 minutes away from the centre, you can easily get anywhere using public transport.

We booked flat 8, but we were given flat 2 instead. The listing photos seem to be mixed up. It’s a good house. It has many amenities, but missing a microwave was the worst part for us. Additionally, the inside latch was broken, which made it look like it had been broken into.

The location was perfect with easy access to public transport.

Poorly equiped kitchen. Lack of outdoor furnitures with a very large terrace. The main TV was effectively unusable. The smart TV had not been copnfigured with the standard free-to-air streaming applications or channels, leaving only Netlix or Amazon Prime available as we do not subscribe to either of these we were unable to watch television at all We reported this issue twice during our visit and were assured that the issue would be resolved but unfortunately no one attended to fix it. One of the mobile air con leaked in a bedroom and no one came to fix the problem.
