The apartment was overall amazing. The bathroom was huge and all the house was clean. In the kitchen, we were able to find everything we need for cooking. We also appreciated having a bus stop just a few meters away, straight to Hammersmith and with great connections to Victoria. It made moving around London really simple. Teresa has been an exceptional host, replying every question in a few hours and also providing us with air fans when the weather got too warm. Her attention and kindness truly made a difference during our stay.
The house was quite warm inside, especially the bedroom, so we had to keep the windows open to get some fresh air which also allowed us to switch off the fans from time to time. Also the sofa-bed could have been a bit more comfortable. None of this affected our stay too much.

Flat is very clean in nice, residential area. Lidl next door. Flat is spacious.There were 3 of us. Lovely walk along Thames.
Heating settings locked. Missing hooks in the hallway so nowhere to hang jackets. It would be nice to have French press instead of tassimo. Surprised that there was no recycling facility. If more adults stayed, beds could be problematic. 3 out of 5 are foldable futons. Okay for kids not so much for adults.
