It was clean. Had a beautiful view. Access to almost all channels on TV. Easy access to the beach. Excellent WIFI.
A water leak under the sink. My sister and I struggled with the stairs as the is no elevator. Parking was a challenge more so for someone with a disability like me.

No garage parking because it was locked and did not have a key to open it plus the outside parking was full up and had to double park

Excellent location beautiful secure apartment but no hot water to shower for more than one person
No hot water . Only one person gets hot water and rusted front gate
