It was clean. Had a beautiful view. Access to almost all channels on TV. Easy access to the beach. Excellent WIFI.
A water leak under the sink. My sister and I struggled with the stairs as the is no elevator. Parking was a challenge more so for someone with a disability like me.

No garage parking because it was locked and did not have a key to open it plus the outside parking was full up and had to double park

Location and comfort.
No designated parking. Had to park out in the street for a day while parking space is used as storage for the owners car. Cleaners also need to clean under the beds. Dropped something under the bed on to find mountain of dust.
