The view and location
No lift but we were told this. However Bonny went the extra mile with helping with our suitcases and stairs

Beautiful location with direct beach access . Well equipped kitchen and home. The host assisted us with late checkout . They put out some chocolates for us on arrival which was thoughtful.
Unclear how long the refund process is for the security deposit (R2000 is paid which is separate from the booking fee). The keys are fetched and dropped off at a separate location (about 5 mins drive) from the accommodation. There is no lift with quite narrow stairs to get to the apartment (some difficulty when carrying luggage).

The location was beautiful. Having a constant view of the beach was everything we wanted for our holiday.
The property needs a deep clean in some areas but overall the property was clean and neat.
