Air-conditioner and proximity to the beach and mall.
It was not very clean. Table was sticky and tiles were not as clean as white tiles were supposed to be.

I loved the location.
We could not use the safe: no key Bedding seemed old and lounge seats dirty. The table on the balcony was a bit dirty. The apartment can be upgraded.
