It would be better to have someone hand over or bring the key to the apartment building rather having to walk to another premises to fetch the key and walk back to the where the apartment is. As exhausting as I was from traveling, I found that tiring.

It's a walking distance to the beach and accessible to food shops and restaurant.very secured place.
Indeed it is a beach front. The beach view from the balcony is amazing
Parking is a big challenge it's a first come first served situation. there's no demarcated parking for the facility.
Both Sliding doors ( bedroom & lounge) not functioning properly they require some maintenance. Living room counch needs to be changed it's old and uncomfortable.
