Lovely stay

The hotel is in a quieter area but great location to get everywhere. The pool was lovely and just the right temperature. The breakfast was varied and the space had a great view. The room was pleasant.

Wonderful stay at Phi Phi!

The hotel has great location close to sea, Tonsai pier and all the restaurants and shops but still it was peaceful and quiet. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and offered beautiful view on the garden and pool (which was never too crowded). It was also super nice to have breakfast at the beachfront. We really enjoyed our stay!

The shower could work better - the temperature was going up and down pretty wildly

The room 610 was bad.

The location is great. Port side and quieter than other side. Pool was nice. Staff was very nice.

I did not like the room. Shower was keep clogging. I have to call service every time we use. Smelled moldy bad. Also this particular room I had had no privacy or no sunlight. They shouldn’t be te thing this room. I requested to change the room but they did not have any availability due to high season.

Quiet despite being central, the pool area was nice with happy hour at bar 3-6pm, big bedrooms, immaculately clean, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and beautiful location of restaurant

Beach only had small swimming area due to number of boats. Best beach was Long beach, 5 minutes away by longtail boat.

Made a fantastic choice

Room was super clean and spacious, offering well needed air conditioning. The bed was really comfy and the location was far enough away from the beach clubs that there was no noise but was still within walking distance from everything. On top of this, the staff were accommodating and friendly.

The shower in our room took a good 5-10 minutes to heat up, however, this was a small downside in the grand scheme of things.

Great location for an overnight stay to catch the islands next morning before the crowds

Location on the beach and met at ferry to direct to hotel. The rooms were quiet considering so close to everything. Very helpful organising tours.

Great location and pool area

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great pool area and great location near the pier and lots of restaurants and shops. Room was large with a comfy bed. In general, facilities were clean and modern, although shower head could do with an upgrade and temperature fluctuates a bit but it didn’t bother us too much.

Soundproofing between rooms and corridor isn’t strong. It didn’t bother us a huge amount but if you are an early sleeper or late riser, you might be roused by the corridor noise. Massage service at nearby parlour was discounted as a hotel guest but my partner and I had different experiences (his was great, mine was odd/a bit jarring), so seemed to depend on the therapist. Ultimately, reasonably priced and not a bad experience by any stretch but I felt disappointed.

Location was excellent, presentation was also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A lot of construction noise from 8am until almost dark. Not very conducive to a relaxing getaway. We spent very little time at the resort due to this fact.

Like Phi Phi in general , the hotel needs a major refresh.

Location is fairly central

Rooms are cave-like - dark and quite musty. Overall the place is looking very tired. Check-out is at 11 which seems mean-spirited. Bathrooms need updating - wonky toilet, terrible water pressure (and didn’t get hot enough), very poor WiFi and problems with rogue monkeys which are aggressive. That said the staff were kind when a monkey scratched my sister as she was coming out of the room. Expensive for what it offers.

Location, swimming pool, and overall cleanliness Pick up at Ton Sai pier was helpful, and staff were always courteous and prifessional

Perfect location for a great stay!

Nothing bad to say, the location is ideal, everywhere is walkable in Phi Phi but this hotel is right on the beach, 3 minute walk from the pier, 10 minutes from the beach on the other side and everything you want to go to and see is a 5 minute walking radius. Pool and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were lovely!

Pleasant and functional

The location was great, although right in the busy area of phi phi so you could hear the music at night. Perhaps go somewhere else if you want serene. Pool area was really nice.

Cold shower and when I asked about getting it fixed there wasn’t much urgency. We had a bit of an emergency during our holiday so we never asked again and so just dealt with cold showers. It might look like a 4* but I think the service you get isn’t quite hitting the mark if that makes sense.

Nice but not the best.

The first room I we had was full of mosquitoes, the aircon broke during the night and kept clicking on and off all night so didn’t get much sleep. The fridge was off but it was just tuned off at the fuse box. The shower was either scorching or freezing, i didn’t have a nice shower in any rooms nor did my husband in thr boys room. The housekeeping were so good, if we had a problem they were there within minutes. The reception staff were rude and as I had so many problems I felt like they were like not again, I didn’t feel as if they cared.

The cleaning and maintenance teams were fantastic. The location was great. Pool was ok too. Rooms were nice.

אין זרם במקלחת,פחות נחמד להתקלח. אין מספיק מיטות ליד הבריכה. אם לא מגיעים בבוקר מוקדם לתפוס מיטה ליד הבריכה אין איפה לשבת.
