Not great value for money, not somewhere to stay for couples who would like to sleep at night

Not much to say about the likes… the location was good as it was right at the beach and also nearby the pier and main area. The location was a downfall at night though as there was loud music until around 4am

The room was not clean. I had to wipe surfaces when we arrived and also spray deodorant and perfume to try and take away the stench. Mirrors were dusty, bathroom was unclean the surfaces hadn’t been wiped down or the shower screen. The balcony area also wasn’t clean. There were bugs crawling on the surfaces. The noise from the bars nearby was awful.

Don’t come! Especially if you are a family.

The only good point is the localization and the breakfast by the beach.

We spent 2 nights there and let me tell you how disappointed we ended up being! The rooms were ok in terms of size by there was a smell and mold everywhere in the bathroom as well as scale. The pool was cool but there were not enough sun beds. The worst really was the night. There are clubs really close and we could not sleep at all until 5a.m. We were a family with a kid and grandparents that should be mentioned or at least we should have had room closer to the reception. We could hear the beats in our chest to tell you how loud it was. When we arrived we were surprised they told us to pay only for one night and to pay the day after the other one to make sure it was ok for us. Now we understand why. We’re disappointed by the booking reviews which were way different than the ones on Google.

Phi phi Party time, relax, shop. Great with no bar girls harassing you. Restaurants really good food and owners and staf

In the description says theres gym, but you need to pay extra (its not much but, but it should be better described), the bed (mattress) where a bit too hard and the pool is really nice, but if tou want to say at a good spot you have to spend minimum of 1000 baht.

Just the location

Everything was neglected and not clean, full of leaves and dirt thrown around the hotel area and no one was cleaning the pool. The bed in the room was as hard as a rock. In short, the pictures on the website do not match reality in any way.

Lovely

This hotel is the perfect location in Phi Phi right on the beach. Lovely pool and cats that live in the hotel are everywhere and very well looked after and loved by the staff (huge green flag) Our room was very nice & clean. Air conditioning was on prior to our arrival and our bags were brought straight to our room!

Beds were quite hard, toilet paper seemed to be non existent in the room not sure why. There was lots of staff particularly around the pool bar but whenever something was needed they were slow to react/didn’t check regularly at the poolside to take away empties or ask for new orders The weather was quite unpredictable and the wind often blew guest stuff all over the place including into the pool and while they scrambled around staff seemed to look on bewildered rather than offer to help. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful in comparison

The resort provides an amazing mix of quiet, peace, nearby parties and cafés to make your Phi Phi stay flying awesome

Right at the beach. No noise from clubs nearby though they had great parties till late which we could walk to through the beach. Breakfast was amazing right by the beach, polite staff and a great room

Couldn’t find the porter to help with the luggage at the pier, but it’s a great facility, though only needed for a short 600 metre walk

We wish we had stayed an extra night!

Excellent facilities - one large beautiful pool and another one we didn’t get to. Right in the beach and close to bars, shops, viewpoint, pier etc. Lovely staff - collected our bags from the pier and showed us to the hotel, allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, let us keep backpack there after check out until our ferry. Good breakfast.

Bed was a little firm but we didn’t mind this.

Only good thing was location

This hotel was dirty, staff were so rude, rooms were disgusting when I checked into my room I had to get them to come and clean my room as there was crumbs and sand all over the floor and toilet had dirt all over it and all surfaces had stains. The cabanas at the pool were 1000tbh for a day which is ridiculous considering they are used for advertisement of hotel. The bar at pool was also cash only which was a nuisance. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful with horrible attitudes. Yet I was paying £114 a night. Would never go back

Loved the location, short stroll to the party side in one direction and all shopping in the other. Pool was perfect temp

Right in middle of everything. Party to the right, shops to the left, but not overly noisy.

Beds were super hard, there was some mould in showers and property a bit tired but ok for money. Not enough sun loungers Togo around and people just leaving towels on them and not using. Grass is dead in centre lawn makes it feel tired/old. Don’t get the travel breakfast it’s not crash hot.

Property is very old. Doesn’t look at all like the pictures you see here. Everything is run down and not taken care of. This property has so much potential but was very disappointing. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, nor is the pool bar. One time we ordered salmon by the pool and got what felt like a 3 week old piece of fish that tasted horrible. When sending it back we were told it could not be refunded and we had to either pay for it or order something and the same price. Which is a bit ridiculous given that we’re served a rotten fish. The gym as well was not included, we were asked to pay for the day if we wanted to use the facilities. It is absurd for a hotel to charge guests to use the gym in my opinion. To sum up, only stay here if you need the location to be near the center. Would not recommend otherwise.

Overpriced for what you get. Bed sheets were like worn, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Was bitten by insects through the night, even with doors being closed.

Lovely stay on Koh Phi Phi

We had a really lovely stay at PP Princess. The location of the resort is great, beautiful views of the sea and surrounding landscapes, close to everything in the town without being too noisy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice, and we enjoyed our breakfast on the beach every morning. The pool and bar is also a lovely place to relax with nice views and a happy hour which we loved. It was also very easy to organise trips, ferries and any other activities to explore the island. I would recommend to anyone staying on Phi Phi!

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay in the resort. The pool was fantastic with great music and happy hour. Easily accessible to the beach and walking streets. The bass from the party beach can be heard but nothing that interfered with our sleep, or our 3-year-old. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had while travelling. Great selection and the bacon was crispy! 👌🏼 Special mention to Ben who worked in the breakfast area and made a special effort to help our son get his breakfast from the buffet every day. It allowed us to sit and enjoy our breakfast - small wins make a big difference!

Amazing resort very well located.

Oh I loved PP princess. The staff was very friendly and we really loved our cabana. Everything was perfect, including delicious breakfast in a beautiful beach area. The location was amazing, very close to shops, restaurants and 5 min from the pier. There is a little noise during the night because of the bars in the area but it didn't bother us. I can't say anything about the pool party that happens in the resort because I wasn't there during the weekend.

They should provide more beach chairs around the pool. There's an area between the pool and the beach that needs improvement. Maybe the pool parties are destroying it. It didn't seem nice and comfortable to sit there.
