Overall had a great stay but hotel could do with an update

The hotel is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance of the main areas of phi phi but out of the business and hustle and bustle. Beach is right out the front of the hotel and quieter than the other main beaches. The hotel offer complimentary luggage delivery to and from the pier which was a nice addition since there are no taxis on the island.

Although there are 2 large pools, one of them was murky and dyed my swimsuit a funny colour which ruined it. Our AC broke on our last night, however when flagged to reception this was rectified quickly and efficiently. Rooms and surrounding areas could just do with a bit of an update. Hotel in general looked a bit old and tired.

A comfortable and quite corner of Ko Phi Phi, ideal for families.

A family of four, we stayed in two of the chalet-type rooms. These were spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was in good condition and we enjoyed it. Every morning we left to go diving before breakfast had started, and the staff kindly made us packed breakfasts of bread and fruit (Thanks!). The resort is on the Ton Sai Beach side of Phi Phi, about a 15 minute walk east of the pier. This means that the more famous beach is on the other side, maybe a 30 minute walk away, but we chose that on purpose because it means this resort is quiet in the evenings.

It's more expensive than I would usually choose but I think still offers value for money.

Great location, would come back!

Breakfast was nice, simple but plenty to choose from. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was close to the main area but far enough away that it was not noisy late at night.

The pool stained my swimwear, high levels of Chlorine which we could smell. Had to call in staff to fix the shower as no hot water when we arrived and took a little time to fix.

Quiet and confy night in PhiPhi Island

The breakfast buffet seemed nice, but we didn't have time to taste it. The hotel is just a bit out of the crowded center, which is a plus if you are looking for some relaxation.

Very honest people

The property was dirty very far from everything. The location was horrible. The food was not acceptable very very, very dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work and water came out of it.

Great location great spot would definitely stay again

Great location, walking distance from the boat harbor. Right in between all the shops and restaurants. You can walk over the hill and end up on one of the best beaches for nightlife and fire shows. Would definitely stay here again.

No sheer curtains, just a blackout curtain so it was total sunlight or darkness.

1 night stay in PhiPhi

The position, quiet and very central, yet not too far away from more secluded beaches like Long Beach and Viking Beach. Also, the pool was nicely designed. OK for a 1 night stay.

The furniture, such as doors and desks, is very cheap and flimsy. Almost as if it is waiting for someone to accidentally break it. No warm water in the shower, which had serious difficulties in terms of pressure. Overall, also the moldy smell of the room didn't contribute to a pleasant experience. U sure if this is a shared issue among facilities in PhiPhi, or specific to this establishment.

Great hotel, clean modern and good location

The hotel is in a great location just 10mins (flat) walk from the pier, the bag transport is great as soon as you arrive. Beautiful views from the breakfast bar. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Great pool and beach access, close to bars, restaurants and shops but quiet at night. Breakfast was the only let down of this hotel, you'll find something to eat but it wasn't the quality of other hotels we've stayed in Thailand, and the coffee was instant.

Lovely resort

Beachfront location, pool area was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and spacious and even without the air con on it was cool.

Shower door didn’t close and the shower pressure was a bit weak also the toilet flush was a little temperamental and my door was a bit difficult sometimes. I only stayed 1 night otherwise I’d have requested to move rooms but for one night it was fine and everything else was lovely.

Phi Phi island what a magical location

The location was beautiful, the pool and beach at the resort were heaven looking out towards the mountains around the island. The room was comfortable and had all you could need. A small 7 11 style store was located within the resort also. Close enough to the pier, shops and restaurants on the island but also far enough away that it was quite and relaxing too. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was quite basic but had all that you'd need. The beds were quite hard and an additional pillow would have been handy as would have a hand towel in the bathroom.

Cozy small place just next to the beach.

It's ten metres from the beach, very friendly staff and You can borrow as many towels as you need. Cozy room and amazing pool. Also, they will bring Your luggage from the pier all the way to the hotel.

It's basically at the end of the main street. The safe wasn't working.

We’d like to say special thank you to a guy from the reception. We had a medical emergency at night. He managed to call the hospital and took us there on his motorbike. Thank you!

Stayed in this hotel 6 years ago. And since then it made zero progress in improving. Once a low-bugdget, cosy island style hotel now turned into deteriorating, shabby hostel. Staff in the reception was helpful, but other staff was doing their day-to-day job not paying too much attention to the guests. Especially breakfast buffet staff were moody and looked annoyed every day. Room was worn out, with poor lighting, and missing couple of light bulbs here and there. Shower was broken, leaking water everywhere. Bathroom had only one very dim light. Housekeeping does their job very carelessly. Balconies don’t get cleaned very well so sand and dirt gets dragged into the room very easily. If you love onions then breakfast buffet will be perfect for you. All the dishes apart ham and sausages are buried in onions. Some positive things worth mentioning is hotel’s location (next to a nice beach).

reception closed after 10 pm and it was not possible to contact the staff. staff at the reception did not speak English fluently and it was hard to communicate toilet was broken and for two times they did not fix it properly. the first time we realized during the night and there was no one at the reception to talk to.
