La posizione è ottima se si vuole stare in centro a Palma de Mallorca, gli autobus sono vicinissimi e c’è tutto a portata di mano.
La struttura rimane fresca grazie all’aria condizionata e ha a disposizione TUTTO il necessario all’interno.
La host è stata disponibile.
Le assi di legno fuori dal bagno si staccano e c’è il rischio concreto di inciampare. Sarebbe da sistemare / cambiare il pavimento nella zona del onde evitare che qualcuno si faccia male.
Accedere al terrazzo non è semplice, oltretutto 2 sedie sulle 4 a disposizione sono rotte, oltre al fatto che è sporco.
La poltrona in camera da letto è completamente sporca, piena di aloni lasciati sicuramente dagli asciugamani bagnati.

The location is perfect! It’s in the center and if you feel tired you can go back quickly for a rest or leave something. Super walkable:)
It has too many stairs. Be careful when you use them.

Great location in the historic quarter of the city
The apartment requires some repairs, and the main bed, bedding, and pillows are poor quality.
