Renovated with luxury finishes and fully soundproofed and insulated against heat and cold. Decorated in white tones, it exudes a sense of peace. Very central location. 700 meters from the Paseo Marítimo and Paseo del Borne, 10 minutes from the Cathedral, and 15 minutes from the train station and Plaza de España. Bus stops nearby. 15 minutes by car from the airport. Parking available for an additional fee.
Street parking is free. Private parking costs 5 euros per day.

It is essential to respect the neighbors and not disturb them.
Events and parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours must be observed.

Two of the apartment’s three bedrooms are available for rent, and we usually only rent them out when my daughter and I can stay at my parents’ house. The rest of the year, this is where we live. A third room is not included in the rental since it is the room we use as our primary residence year-round.
We will notify prospective guests before confirming their reservation if it happens that my daughter and I are staying there during the dates they’ve chosen.
The two rooms are never rented separately; they’re always rented to the same person.
For that reason, the registered numbers are for two rooms: Room 1 and Room 2. SINCE I HAVE TWO REGISTRATION NUMBERS FOR THE ROOMS, I HAVE TO POST TWO LISTINGS, BUT BOOKINGS ARE MADE ONLY THROUGH ONE OF THEM; THE OTHER LISTING IS SYNCHRONIZED.
CLEANING FEES COVER A THOROUGH CLEANING OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND THE WASHING OF SHEETS AND TOWELS AT THE END OF THE STAY.
AT THE END OF THE STAY, THE GUEST MUST LEAVE THE APARTMENT IN REASONABLY CLEAN CONDITIONS; for long-term stays, this cleaning maintenance is necessary to prevent damage to the apartment’s furnishings. I can provide you with the contact information for a cleaning company.
The guest will be provided with one set of sheets and two towels per person per week. The guest will change the linens and leave the dirty sheets and towels in the laundry room, where I will pick them up at the end of the stay. Guests may wash their own clothes and, if they wish, any towels in the apartment’s washing machine.
ON THE SAME STREET, THERE IS A LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING SERVICE where they can wash and iron sheets, clothes, and towels.
A few days before arrival, guests will be asked to email a photo of their identification (ID card or passport) and their contact information (phone number and email address).
A contract may be required.
Available for long-term stays of more than 31 days. Not available for year-round stays, as this is my primary residence.
