Posizione buona, pulizia super, aria condizionata top, frigo e freezer top
Forse metterei a disposizione una mini cucina, magari solo con bicchieri-piatti-posate in plastica/carta per poter dare supporto sulla creazione di pranzi d'asporto per la spiaggia: così sarebbe davvero completo
