A clean, comfortable apartment, which had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
We had read about the stairs up to the apartment, and it's true. They are steep! It's worth the climb though as the view is incredible.
Miguel is a superb host. Due to flight changes and delays we didn't get to the apartment until 01.15 in the morning and he was there to let us in and show us around.

Eine etwas verwinkelte Wohnung im spanischen Stil mit 2 Terrassen und einem sagenhaften Blick, viele Treppen, also eher ungeeignet für Kinder. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Alles direkt um die Ecke was man benötigt (Supermarkt, Markthalle, Apotheke...) ... Am WE in der Nacht etwas laut da die Strasse hier eine kleine Feiermeile ist, fanden wir aber nicht schlimm ... Für Freunde oder Paare absolut zu empfehlen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder... Muchas Gracias

This was our first experience of AirBnb - and I don't think it could've been any better. Carlos was responsive and attentive, but not in the slightest bit intrusive - and the apartment itself is fabulous. Well equipped, and in a great location; it's a great place to relax, or to use as a base for exploring Palma.

Nice apartment and well located (near to famous restaurants and bars) but steep stairs to access the accommodation, not mentioned in the advertisement.
