Very bright 2-bedroom apartment with a full bathroom, open-concept kitchen, living-dining room, and terrace in the Avenidas neighborhood of Palma de Mallorca.
Located near the city’s historic center, with easy access to major bus routes and all kinds of nearby amenities (restaurants, bars, etc.). It’s a 10-minute walk from Can Pere Antoni Beach.
Ideal for temporary stays for work, studies, personal relocations, or extended vacations.
The apartment sleeps 4 people. It is located in the avenues district of Palma de Mallorca, just a few minutes from the city’s historic center and Can Pere Antoni Beach. It faces east-west, so it gets sunlight all day long.
The large bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a built-in closet. The small bedroom has an 80-cm bed that can be opened up to form a double bed (there are two 80-cm mattresses).
The small bedroom has a separate entrance but is connected to the main bedroom through a door. A crib is available upon prior request.
The bathroom has a very spacious shower stall, which is also well-suited and comfortable for bathing children. The living room features a sofa with a chaise longue and opens onto a small terrace.
The kitchen is an open-concept kitchen and is equipped with the basics (oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, Italian coffee maker, kettle, dishes, silverware...).
There are two heat pumps (one in the living room/kitchen and another in the large bedroom). There is an Internet connection (Wi-Fi). It offers an optimal Internet connection for people who need to work remotely.
No tourist services are offered.
