Die Lage des Appartment ist sehr zentral. Es liegt im Komponistenviertel, fussläufig in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs von Nizza. Zum Strand läuft man 15 Minuten und die Einkaufsmeile Avenue Jean-Medecin ist auch in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Strasse gibt es einen tollen Bäcker. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Olivia war schnell erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es sollten noch zwei Stühle vorhanden sein, damit man im Wohnzimmer am Tisch essen kann.

La surface, parfaite pour un couple, la douche excellente, le balcon, la cuisine tres bien equipee, la decoration, on se sent immediatement chez soi, le "vecu" de l'appartement. Olivia est tres efficace en plus d'etre tres sympathique. La cafetiere electriques etait en panne, des le lendemain, Olivia nous a apporte une toute neuve. Il faisait un peu froid le jour d'arrivee, Olivia nous a apporte un radiateur electrique. Ce niveau de service est rare. Aussi, la localisation est excellente.
Pour certaine personne, l'eclairage du salon pourrait etre ameliore.
