Clean,nice big room!

Our ratings is as honest according to our experience and opinion. We loved our 2 weeks stay at Kermit. The reason are the mababait and helpful employees from the reception Raquel and manager and security kuya Jojo and tuktuk driver/tourguide kuya Miguel are the best. The facilities and menu at breakfast needs improvement and could have been better. We suggest that the hotel management hires somebody that makes sure that they pick up the coconuts as they are falling at the pool area and it is possibly dangerous if you get one on your head. We love that there’s no music being played at the hotel and that it is quite.

That the menu at breakfast is very limited, either rice menu or pancake menu which is ok in the first few days but when you stay 14 days you kinda want to get something else. The hotel is overpriced for what you get. The bathroom door is broken and the room floor doesn’t get washed everyday, so you get stained feet on the bed if not careful. There were also a few times i had to kill mosquitos in our room. The terrace door doesn’t get locked properly which gave us a little worried mind about security. We experienced at first night drama at 3 am in our neighboring room a couple shouting at each other fighting almost like they get physical to each other. It was a bit traumatizing the management could have gave us compensation for that the night i was terrified and could not sleep at all because of that. I think they need to have intercom telefon cause we always have to walk to the reception if you need anything whereas you could have called ln phone. Lastly the dogs shiuld be welcome but we think not at the kitchen and restaurant thinking about hygiene it is forbidden in world health organizational standards
