Kalipay Resort Siargao

We loved our stay at Kalipay! Completely exceeded our expectations. Very spacious rooms. Fabulous location. Two pools!! The team have honestly thought of everything you’d like to have but may not be travelling with. Like insulated water bottles and a woven beach bag for your day adventures, eco-mindful everything, and a mini bar full of international and local creature comforts. They’ve definitely got their eyes on the details! Perfectly clean, modern facilities and the warmest team of staff ever! We had breakfast included at the happiness cafe next door which was delicious and very generous too! Thanks James, Kim and the whole Kalipay fam, we look forward to our next visit!

Not a thing. We loved it all.

They upgraded our room to Superior King. Very nice room with excellent garden view and access to the pool right beside the room. We were greeted with complimentary cold fresh coconut drink with Kalipay Resort name etched on it. The room was clean, elegant and very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of space. Nice sumptuous complimentary breakfast with nearby partner restaurants. The best part for me is the way they provided free use of basic items such as umbrella, thermal water bottles, bayong (large traditional woven bags). Simple but very thoughtful. There is a nice garden by the pool. Excellent view for night swim.

There are few insects and mosquitoes during the night. A little pest management control can help. It didn't really bother us tbh.

Has a lovely experience at Kalipay from the start. We received an upgrade to the studio room which was spacious and inclded a big deck to hang out overlooking the manicured tropical garden surroundings. Contains two beautfiul pools which we made use of. The location of Kalipay is is ideal - it's close by to restaurants who are some of the best on the Island. It's also far enough from Cloud 9 and General Luna so it's a calm, quiet spot but also a few minutes to both on the scooter. Definately a step up in terms of quality and service than I normally am used to.

Staff were super friendly and spacious room..

Crappy shower, lots of mosquitos, everything dated.. No bar or pool bar.. No one asked if everything is OK.. For 100€ a night you can find awesome place with better facilities in the area. All resort is pocket size beside main Tourist road.
