The staff were incredibly warm and kind. We traveled with our infant, and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and loved our little one. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise, the best food we had on the whole island, and every dish we tried was delicious. The property itself is stunning: beautiful rooms, palm trees everywhere, a gorgeous pool, and a great location. Highly recommended for couples and families.
Nothing we loved it

Beautiful peaceful setting in General Luna. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was gorgeous.
The small things Las Palmas do makes the difference. When sitting by the pool they arrive with a small side table and cold water. Kimi arranging transfers, day trips, laundry contacts and giving great recommendations.
Nothing it’s fabulous

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and engaged, food was great, staff very accomodating with request, room was fantastic, pool facilities were great. An overall great stay. Closely located to ATM, nice cafe and massage business (Sirena spa)
Was a tiny bit noisy overnight with a lot of dogs barking the in area / maybe even in the hotel?? Pool had some small tiling problems with sharp edges to watch out for.
