The location was perfect, 5 minutes from some of the nicest restaurants in Asti but in a quiet street. The place was absolutely spotless and clean as it's a new property, and really corresponded to the photos. We only used the coffee machine for our overnight stay, but the kitchen was very well equipped for longer stays. The two bedrooms each had separate, very modern and spacious bathrooms - a real plus when you're travelling with your teenaged daughter. Check-in over WhatsApp was friendly and convenient, access instructions were clear and problem-free.
There is a surveillance camera (presumably connected or recording) *inside* the apartment, pointed at the front entrance door. Some may wish to ask about it before booking, as it's quite unusual to have a camera inside the rental property. Update: the owner clarified it was an installation mistake and will be moved to cover the outside of the door only.
