Great apartment in a terrific location with a lovely owner.

Apartment was in a terrific location and very handy to have a car space. There was a lot of attention to detail with everything you could need at hand. The photos are true to what it was like in excellent condition with lots of good use of colourful furnishings. The owner was very helpful and friendly with information.

There were a few stairs to climb with our suitcases but a good reminder to travel lighter when in Europe as this is very common, but more private being upstairs too.

Silvia is a top host, caring, attentive, communicative, she met us upon arriving and told us everything we need to know both on the property and the surroundings. The apartment is very nicely renovated, decorated, warm and cozy. In the very heart of Asti historic center. Very highly recommended !!

Excellent location…Excellent host!!

The location couldn’t have been better for exploring the city and countryside. Fine restaurants & historical sites minutes from the apartment. Silvia is an exceptional generous host. She was easily accessible and provided valuable information about her city and about the Langhe Region. The kitchen was well stocked & she provided plenty of toiletries. We appreciated the welcome treats. We arrived during the Wine festival with an abundance of activities and many visitors. Thankfully, the apartment has soundproof windows and our sleep wasn’t disrupted. The private parking space is a bonus but it is a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Follow Silvia’s suggestion to park in Piazza Roma to unload and reload.

Beautiful apartment with a helpful host in a beautiful city.

The property host, Silvia, was extremely helpful. I missed the first night of my two-night reservation because my flight from the US was cancelled and rebooked. I let Silvia know that I would be very late, but when I showed up at 11pm, she was there! She also provided excellent advice on what to see in Asti, how to best enjoy the wine festival, and where to park the rental car (not so easy during the festival). The apartment is beautiful, with all the amenities, and the location is outstanding, in the center of the historic district.

The best accommodation in Asti!

The apartment is located in the heart of Asti and is decorated with so much love and attention to every detail. The host Silvia made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable and felt homey. She gave us the best recommendations for restaurants as well as exhibitions and events taking place at the time in Asti and the region. We can only highly recommend to stay at Ca`Balenga as we are hoping to return ourselves one day!

Уютная квартира с множеством интересных деталей и отлично укомплектованная, с двумя спальными комнатами, гостиной-кухней и ванной комнатой. В самом центре Асти. Чувствовали себя как дома. Сильвия заранее прислала подробнейшую инструкцию по заезду, парковке и ограничениях автомобильного движения в историческом центре. К проживанию в номере предоставляется паркинг в гараже в нескольких минутах ходьбы от апартаментов. Посудомойка, стиральная машина, плита, духовка, микроволновка.

Consigliato! Silvia è una super host.

L'appartamento è centralissimo, si trova in una ztl, ma c'è la possibilità di usufruire di un posto auto gratuito messo a disposizione dalla proprietaria. E' accogliente e molto pulito. La comunicazione tra noi è stata semplice. Super consigliato!

Verborgenes Juwel, das jetzt kein Geheimtipp mehr ist.

Wir basteln uns eine ideale Ferienwohnung: interessante Stadt, mittendrin, aber ruhig gelegen. Genug Platz, Aussucht auf die Gasse. Mehrere Restaurants, bestes Eis, Supermarkt alles mit wenigen Schritten um die Ecke. Im Umland weltbekannte Weinlagen und uralte Kulturstätten. Bahnhof ganz nah für Ausflüge in attraktive Großstädte. Aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die immer hilfreich zur Seite steht. Rundumverwöhn-Paket. Ach ja: ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz wäre auch noch schön. - Gibt es nicht? Gibt es wohl! Leute, fahrt nach Asti, lernt eine zauberhafte Stadt kennen und bucht diese Wohnung, es werden die besten Tage, Wochen des Jahres sein.

Wir durften leider nicht daueerhaft einziehen.

Balenga is een fantastisch appartement. Compleet ingericht en aan alles is gedacht. Op nog geen 50 meter van het bruisende centrum maar toch heel rustig. Een goede beveiligde parkeergarage binnen 5 minuten lopen. Check-in/out heel gemakkelijk

Wat een leuk en gezellig appartement in het centrum van Asti. Alles is tot in de puntjes voorzien en dan is er Silvia die ervoor zorgt dat alles heel vlot verloopt!

Schöne Wohnung wie auf den Bildern, bequemes Bett, gute Ausstattung & absolut empfehlenswerte Lage! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Wir schätzten den privaten Parkplatz sehr, man muss jedoch wissen, dass sich dieser ca 10Minuten zu Fuss von der Unterkunft befindet.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt von Asti

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung bietet alles, was man irgendwie benötigen könnte - inklusive persönlichem Empfang und vieler Tipps der Gastgeberin. Zudem war sie auch während des Aufenthalts immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Asti, perfekt gelegen un diese zu Fuss zu erkunden. Zig Restaurants, Bars Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Bahnhof sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Danke!
