Ca' Cecilia Asti

Flat of a good size with high ceiling. It was very well maintained and immaculate. Also very well equipped overall.

The fact that some specific facilities were listed in the booking website but unfortunately they were not in the apartment, as the washing machine. It has been a misleading information.

Location, space, level of perfection of interiors!

We were given the wrong address so we couldn’t find it. The entrance of the parking is not fit for big cars. Many navigators don’t work to find the street inside the limited traffic zone of Asti.

Very well reconstructed historical apartment in the citycenter

This apartment is in historical palace, with partially preserved frescoes recently reconstructed. Location couldn’t be better, with possibility to park nearby is the best starting point for city break but also for longer stay. Very well equipped, with small terrace and the owner is really willing to help with anything. Pictures are well describing the place. Looking forward to return.

L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro storico, ha un 'ampia metratura ed è corredato con tutto il necessario. Bello il piccolo balconcino con la possibilità di pranzare fuori.

L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Il se situe au centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Les vidéos envoyées pour les instructions d'accès sont très claires.

Nous avons eu la mésaventure de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude , la chaudière ne semblait pas fonctionner, en Février ce n'est pas agréable. D'autre part le parking que nous avions réservé était difficile d'accès en raison de travaux et des sens interdits nombreux et il ne faut pas avoir une grosse voiture. Le prix du parking pour une nuit est un peu excessif.

Comodo e in centro

Struttura in buona posizione e pulita. Appartamento moderno e ristrutturato. Self check in semplice, con informazioni chiare. Il parcheggio costa 15 euro al giorno, ma noi non l’abbiamo preso. È pieno di parcheggi gratis nelle vicinanze!

Usciva un po’ di acqua dalla doccia, ma nulla di grave :)

Ottimo per il centro di Asti

Appartamento (Cà Nina) in pieno centro storico al secondo piano di una tipica casa di corte. Dentro c’è tutto il necessario, moderno e funzionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posteggi disponibili a pagamento (dalle 8 alle 19) molto vicini o possibilità di un posteggio (a pagamento 18€) della struttura non in loco ma a pochi passi.

Alcune migliorie andrebbero apportate alla doccia (perde molta acqua dalla porta e necessita di continua asciugatura e strizzatura del tappeto per non allagare il pavimento). Pulire meglio dal calcare il soffione della doccia, aggiustare il pavimento della cucina che si è rigonfiato e crea un dislivello, per noi non è stato un problema ma potrebbe esserlo per un anziano.

Soggiorno ok con tutti i servizi necessari Guido e’ stato chiarissimo, ci ha fornito indicazioni tramite video sulle modalità di accesso e indirizzo. Consiglio anche per posizione a due passi dal centro e a 20 minuti a piedi dall’ospedale Cardinal Massaia. Grazie di tutto alla prossima.

Buon Attico a un passo dal centro

L' appartamento è di grandi dimensioni e offre tutto ciò che può servire. Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal centro. Staff sempre presente tramite telefono. Ottimo il parcheggio sia per posizione che per costi . Host molto disponibile , ci ha consigliato ristoranti e cantine da visitare durante il soggiorno. Se siete di passaggio ad Asti non potete non soggiornare qui.

Annonce très prétentieuse par rapport aux prestations ! Rien de Haut de gamme ou appart d'exception : que tu tape à l'oeil ... impossible de régler la température dans l'appart : 17 degrés en permanence sous temps couvert et pluie, on a eu froid ; une belle salle de bain avec une grosse fuite dès qu'on prend sa douche ; un plan de travail autour de la plaque de gaz salle, toute collante de gras ; 2 cartouches de café pour 2 sur une machine qui fuit et pas un sachet de thé au moins, pas un torchon en cuisine, que du sopalin, Bref il y a du boulot si on veut se prétendre haut de gamme ou luxe, les basiques ne sont pas atteints... allez voir ailleurs !!

Bellissimo appartamento completo di ogni confort, situato nel centro storico di Asti. Marcello è stato davvero cordiale e preciso nelle spiegazioni per accedere alla casa. C'è anche la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato sicuro e comodo.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage. Ausstattung voll ausreichend.

Zentrale Lage in der historischen Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Unterkunft bietet mit Aufpreis einen Parkplatz, wir konnten aber umsonst einem öffentlichen Parkplatz fußläufig von der Wohnung finden.

Wir hatten am Anfang kein WLAN, das Problem wurde aber vom Vermieter schnell behoben. Tipp von uns an den Wohnungsbesitzer, Silikonfugen in Bad und Küche könnten mal erneuert werden.

Parkering kunne tilkøbes 150 m fra boligen via smalle gader. Vi valgte at holde på den store p-plads lige udenfor centrum.
