Het appartement ligt in het oude stadsdeel op de 2e etage en is voorzien van alles wat nodig is, waaronder goed werkende airco's. Je moet 4,5 trappen op, er is geen lift. De contactpersoon is goed bereikbaar en reageert alert als je vragen hebt. Het is gelegen op een steenworp afstand van de musea en 10 minuten lopen van het centrum met veel eethuisjes en barretjes. Er is een klein maar charmant terrasje op dakhoogte,
Parkeren is wel een issue en vormde voor ons een drempel om er met de auto op uit te trekken. Het regelen van je parkeerplek (tegen dagtarief) via de contactpersoon ging echter prima en ook het regelen van toegang tot de 'zona traffico limitato'. Dat is belangrijk want alleen dan kan je het oude stadsdeel in en naar appartement en parking rijden. Met een kleine auto gaat dat prima, met een forse SUV was het wel een uitdaging. Maar alles klopte.

A really lovely apartment seconds from Piazza Statuto and within minutes of the major tourist sites and lots of nice bars, cafes, and restaurants. It's also only a 10 minute walk from the train station.
Because you're so central it is noisy at night so I guess that's your trade off. It didn't spoil anything though, just pack some good earplugs.

Très bel appartement, situé a deux pas des places principales d'asti avec restaurants et commerces. Le logement est spacieux avec tout l'équipement dont on a besoin.

Centro città
Forte odore sgradevole di scarico fogna in bagno. Bagno senza persiane: non si può tenere la finestra aperta per far uscire il cattivo odore senza che i vicini ti vedano. Doccia che fa fuoriuscire acqua. Nessuna Saponetta solo tante bustine piccole di gel doccia. Pavimento della cucina disconnesso con rischio di inciampare.
