Fantastic

Fantastic apartment. Only a few stairs to enter the door before the elevator so it was no problem for baby & pushchair. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa & bed. Great location, only 1 minutes walking to the town square, especially for Il Magico Paese di Natale (Christmas Markets etc). Easy to find car parking nearby. We would stay here again.

Perfect home stay

This place felt like much more than a homestay or a hotel. it truly felt like a home. Everything was perfectly prepared and easy to access. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, with the huge advantage of parking outside the ZTL, which made it very convenient for us with a rental car. The apartment was spotlessly clean, brand new, modern, and very stylish. The host was wonderful — extremely helpful and responsive, assisting us within minutes whenever we needed anything. A lovely and thoughtful surprise was arriving to Christmas trees and lights in the apartment, which made us feel instantly welcome. We highly recommend this stay and would absolutely return.

The best apartments I’ve ever stayed in

I’m thrilled, absolutely amazed! Stylish apartments that clearly were designed in collaboration with a good designer. Every detail, every element is in its place and beautifully complements the main theme. The host was always available and answered all questions, even before we had a chance to ask them. A wonderful balcony with a view of the old town. The location is perfect: everything is nearby, yet it’s quiet at night. There is parking right under the building, and it’s free at night. This is the true art of hospitality. We will definitely return to Asti and hope that luck will smile on us again, so we can stay in this exact room. Huge thanks!

Beyond Expectations, highly recommended!

First, we appreciated the great services of the host Donatella. She has guided us very clearly and kept in constant contact. Fast reply to our messages, better than hotels actually. The apartment has a nice warm decor. Lift access. Cosy beds and complimentary water, milk, coffee, teas, snacks. Location is great, near to all amenities and restaurants. Street parking is available and just pay at the machine with coins. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely choose this place again.

Was a very complete apartment, had everything you need. Even soap for washing dishes, clothes machine, etc. Very nice host. Excellent location.

Not a problem for us as you can leave doors open, but there is only an airco in living room. But as said, with open doors not a problem.

Soggiorno tra i fumetti!

L’appartamento, situato al quinto piano di un palazzo (con ascensore), si trova a due minuti a piedi dal Centro. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli apparecchi, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina caffè, bollitore e spremiagrumi. La camera da letto ha un armadio molto capiente e una cassettiera altrettanto capiente. Molto particolare l’idea di decorare bagno e disimpegno con strisce del fumetto “Valentina” di Crepax. La proprietaria è disponibile e gentile e risponde subito ai messaggi. Sicuramente sarà il mio riferimento per un futuro nuovo soggiorno ad Asti.

Niente di negativo per quanto riguarda l’appartamento. Essendo vicino al Centro, in determinati periodi potrebbe volerci un po’ a trovare il parcheggio durante il giorno.

Oltre le aspettative

Appartamento molto bello e caratteristico, arredato con cura e dotato di tutto il necessario. La colazione è stata ricca e varia. La posizione è davvero ottimale per visitare la zona. L’esperienza è andata oltre le mie aspettative. Consigliatissimo!

Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva. Segnalo solo piccolezze: il parcheggio non è semplicissimo, come prevedibile per l’area, e sarebbe utile aggiungere un appendiabiti per i cappotti. Per il resto tutto perfetto, lo consiglierei senza dubbio.

Completamente soddisfatta

La casa è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e anche di più. La host è gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. La vicinanza al centro è un ulteriore punto di forza. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ( 2 adulti e 2 gemelli di 11 anni) e siamo stati benissimo. Oltre a consigliarlo vivamente, ci ritorneremo presto. 😃😃😊

Super Wohnung ist Asti.

Top gelegen, originell ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr durchdachte Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz kostenplichttig an der Straße oder an den zwei großen Parkplätzen in der Nähe. Kann mit Easypark Apo bezahlt werden. Donatella ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben die Woche in Asti sehr genossen.

Point majeur de satisfaction : la disponibilité, la réactivité, la gentillesse et le soin dont fait preuve Donatella, tout au long et même avant le séjour!!! Un grand merci. Appartement nickel, grand, pratique, confortable avec des attentions très agréables, un petit balcon... Et tout le nécessaire si l'on souhaite s'y faire à manger par exemple. Nombreux rangements. Localisation à la lisière du centre ville, avec quelques belles adresses autour. Choix de décoration audacieux dans certaines pièces, bien regarder les photos si la décoration est un point important de son expérience. Ne nous a pas en tous cas posé problème pour ce qui nous concerne. Mérite sa très bonne note.

UN VERO BON BON AD ASTI

Tutto perfetto e ben oltre le aspettative, l'appartamento è molto molto bello, posizionato nel cuore di Asti, a due passi dai mercatini natalizi. Confortevole e arredato con buon gusto ma soprattutto c'è cura per ogni dettaglio (apprezzatissimi i dolci pensierini per il nostro bimbo). Proprietaria cordialissima e super disponibile, veramente non si può chiedere di meglio. Super consigliato a tutti coloro che verranno ad Asti, sia per un soggiorno breve che per lunghi periodi.TOP**********
