Great location and place to relax or enjoy Asti while feeling like we lived there!

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything! The host was very helpful and communicative. The apartment was clean and mostly well stocked. There are good restaurants, shops and cafes all around, as well as entertainment in the piazza.

The breakfast was packaged food, but with a fridge and stove we provided our own fresh food. The utensils in the kitchen are limited and there is no light that we could find. That made cooking and tidying up in the evening difficult. We couldn't get the oven to work, and although there are instructions throughout the apartment on what not to do, there are no manuals to give instructions. We were not familiar with the symbols or the model. We only cooked a meal once, but couldn't use the oven.

It was very clean, felt super comfortable there. It is quite good size as well. The bed was pretty good, good pillow and blanket. You have a full kitchen with everything you might need! I even got a full pie waiting for me on the dinner table, alongside a small selection of snack/ breakfast items. Two bottles of juice and a few cookies:). There is also a coffee machine with a couple of complimentary coffee capsules, which helped me a lot the first morning! There is also AC, and windows in every room. The appartment is in the very center of asti, so you can easily get around places. Over all, a great stay!

The only downsides was the lighting in the appartment was not the strongest. It felt a bit dark most of the time. but for summer time it is not much of a problem, because you can open the windows and get gppd natural light:) and lastly, the water pressure was very weak. But personally, it was not a big problem at all:).

Comfortable but definitely not luxury as advertised

convenient, quiet location, comfortable bed, adequate kitchen, washing machine, nice big bathroom, good communication and instructions

it is advertised as "luxurious" but is very far from. There are a number basics missing eg. a coffee table to put one's non-existing champagne glasses on (putting my drink and food on the floor in front of the sofa just isn't luxury), a bedside table lamp not just on one side, a clothes drying rack, no space for the suitcases but on the living room floor, no usable kettle, no mittens etc. On top of that there are quite a few maintenance issues (picture frames held together by tape, large hole filled with tissue paper and so much more. The kitchen was not clean with old food left in the fridge etc. To the company's credit I believe they would have acted on the kitchen had I complained which I didn't as it was easier to clean the things I needed to use myself. Most, if not all of this would not really matter for a short stay as overall the apartment was pleasant. BUT it was NOT LUXURY as advertised and charged for and that is highly annoying.

Central location, well maintained, nice contact. The flat is spacious and was recently refurbished. It is fully furbished and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The cleaning was not spotless and could be improved alongside with the jealousie in the top windows that didn't open and hence made the bedroom a bit dark. Also one has to know that there is a restaurant on the groundfloor and sometimes there are smells and noise.

Really clean and nice apartment on a stunning location. in addition, constant support and help through WhatsApp from staff. I dont think that I waited more than 5 minutes for a reply

Una pessima esperienza.

La posizione in centro ad Asti

L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo apparentemente elegante (la facciata ) ma all’interno fatiscente. La pulizia non adeguata, le lenzuola maleodoranti in quanto non ben asciugate, la colazione tipo ospedale con 2 fette biscottate , una marmellatina confezionata e un mini succo di frutta. Siamo arrivati di sabato Alle 2030 e chiamata la Persoma di riferimento alle 21 per trovare una soluzione alternativa non abbiamo avuto risposta

God placering men det er vist også der. Asti er en skøn by, men vælg et andet sted at bo!!

Der var ikke morgenmad selvom det var beskrevet som en del af vores ophold. Der lå 4 kiks på bordet og det var det. Da vi spurgte værten om dette fik vi fortalt at det var vores morgenmad.

Ingen morgenmad. Beskidt. Derudover blev vi foreslået at parkere vores bil på en nærtliggende parkeringsplads. Dog blev vi ikke oplyst, at der er marked hver lørdag og derfor var vores bil væk næste dag. Dette kostede os 170 euro og værten var ikke meget få at indgå i dialog og påtage sig bare en smule af ansvaret for dette.

Sijainti erinomainen ja palvelut erinomaiset. Pidettiin hyvin yhteyttä majoittujiin ja netin linkin takaa avautui video-opastus kohteeseen. Toimi mallikkaasti. Huone oli tilava ja kaikki siellä toimi.

Yleisesti ottaen ihmettelen kaupunkiveroa maksua. Jossakin sitä ei peritä erikseen - jossain kohteessa se vaaditaan ja on jopa este check Inn suoritukseen ja majoitukseen pääsyyn. Tässä kohteessa se otettiin käteisenä ja majoittaja teki itse check Inn etukäteen.

Agréable, je souhaite réserver sur les autres villes.

petit déjeuner un peu tardif pour moi, je pars avant l'ouverture des bars la plupart du temps, mais les jus de fruits étaient au top dans la réfrigérateur. Idem avec la Crostata, largement suffisant pour un matin.

lumière trop tamisée dans la pièce principale, et l'arrivée un peu compliquée. Impossible de faire tourner les 2 clics en même temps, mais c'est un détail.
