It‘s right in middle of „old“ Asti. View on cathedral. Very quiet, an occasional car is passing by on 1 side of square. Shops, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The casa is well sized for two. Small fitted kitchen and living space (with airco) good bathroom (with washing machine) and large bedroom. Everything is clean and well kept. Ludovica is a good host: well organised and reachable.

A repeat of comments: it is on 3rd floor so yes, stairs but you get used to it. Balcony is small and at back of building. Finding a parking space nearby: you need a bit of luck. Watch out and read the many signs (in Italian): as an example, Piazza Catena is partly used as daily market space. The rate is 1,20€ per hour from 08:00 till 19:00 except on Sunday. The Casa is in a restricted vehicle zone. This said.. Asti is at your feet: bustling cafes and restaurants and dolce vita.

Felt home

Very nice and cozy apartment, central in the old town, approx 10 min to the center with lots of cafes and restaurants. 15 min from Station. It has everything you need. Although next to the cathedral I had a good sleep. It stops at 10 and starts again at 7 am. Can recommend for a stay in Asti.

Spacious apartment, bright and airy, comfortable and clean. Nice little balcony. Good washing machine, well equipped kitchen. Good location. The church bells didn't bother us at all.

The check-in process could be improved. Booking.com gives the wrong address and states that you will be met at the property for check in but that is not correct. For peace of mind, it would be helpful to receive the check-in details earlier, all of the other apartments we have stayed in provided details the day before.

plenty of room, in the old city and right next fo the cathedral! ideal location.

took a couple of days to get used to the cathedral bells, but it added to the charm.

A great location, plenty of space.

The location was very good, in front of the main church of the city. Also the apartment had plenty of space. It was very clean and comfortable.

I think the heater could work better. We sit at maximum temperature and the apartment didn't get so hot. We needed to get out of the shower and hurry to get dressed. Considering we went in late autumn it was ok, but I wonder if it might be a problem in the middle of winter. Also the building doesn't have elevators, we knew that and that was ok for us.
