Great location, parking is difficult, but it is a city so be prepared. I would definitely stay here if visiting again😊

Location of the apartment was perfect for a mid week visit to discover the city, it’s shops, restaurants, cafes and historic buildings. Loft apartment was nice and spacious, quirky furnishings and decor.

Everything was lovely,but for us, we like to have a window open at night for fresh air, but in this particular loft apartment you were not allowed to open the bedroom/sitting room window . Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn’t work either but we managed with our phones. There does appear to be two apartments with a communal sitting area. This isn’t really explained and we would have preferred the other apartment if given a choice.

Sufficient but things could be improved

Central location with enough space and good looking apartment.

Bed / mattress was way too hard and not comfy to sleep especially on the side. Seven similar looking keys but only 4 were needed (annoying). They could be coloured to facilitate finding the right key. Old smell in apartment, but not terrible. Wifi was bad and we use phone data sometimes.

This apartment was amazing! So beautiful and modern. Large bathroom! Very nice kitchen and the possibility to have a nice cup coffee in the morning. Super well located, too! We had a wonderful host, and he made everything very easy. We parked in a very large open parking place very close to the apartment which proved to be safe! Definitely recommend.

The Apartment is perfect located and has it own special style, rooms are very clean and the communication run well.

The noise from the bar in the near lasted at least till midnight. We were there only for weekend, no idea how is it during the week.

Ottima posizione, design e grandezza dell'appartamento. Sicuramente uno dei migliori appartamenti in cui abbia pernotato!

Se proprio volessi trovarei dei difetti, l'appartamento la sera era un po' freddo e i termosifoni erano spenti, ma non volevo disturbare l'host alle 22:00... Quando siamo arrivati le HSK avevano lasciato la lavatrice in funzione con il materiale di pulizia e, rientrati 2 ore dopo, la lavatrice era vuota.. Non mi è piaciuto molto che estranei, seppur fidati, entrino in appartamento già occupato. Un breve messaggio di avviso / richiesta sarebbe stato opportuno

Bellissimo e spazioso

L'appartamento è bellissimo e ben tenuto. Anche se ha uno stile antico e molto moderno. Il bagno è fantastico e la doccia è enorme. Si trova proprio in piazza Alfieri con ampio parcheggio e a due passi dal centro. Anche l'ascensore per salire al secondo piano è stato molto utile! Il proprietario ci ha anche concesso un late check out alle 12:00 che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Non ho apprezzato i cuscini, perni miei gusti troppo duri.

Hervorragende Lage in der Altstadt. Gemütlich ausgestattetes Appartement.

Das "Frühstück" verdient seinen Namen nicht und ist nicht zu empfehlen: etwas Zwieback, eine Portion Marmelade, 2 kleine Cookies, ein Birnensaft, Kaffee und Tee, keine Milch, keine Butter, kein Brot, kein Müsli. Im Bild das Frühstück für 2 Personen. Der angebotene Parkplatz ist weiter entfernt als die zwei grossen öffentlichen Parkplätze.

Plusieurs faux pas qui ont malheureusement rendu le séjour décevant

L’emplacement est très bien situé, l’appartement était propre et spacieux.

La chambre était préparée pour deux personnes alors que la réservation était pour quatre. Il n’y avait que deux petits déjeuners. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner reste très succinct, 2 gâteaux secs, 2 biscottes, de la confiture et 1 jus de fruit par personne. Cela manque de viennoiseries et de beurre ! Après avoir contacté l’hôte par WhatsApp, uniquement, il nous a indiqué, après avoir demandé conseil, où était caché la clé qui accède à la seconde chambre. Nous aurions pu éviter cette inquiétude, si la chambre avait été correctement préparée et la porte ouverte. Par ailleurs,Je n’ai pas eu de réponse à mon problème de petit déjeuner manquants, ni de compensation. Il n’y a pas d’hôte physique, tout est géré à distance par une société, le contact est compliqué et manque de chaleur. Toute l’inscription se fait en ligne via des plates-formes et notamment la taxe de séjour, pour lequel la plate-forme prend une commission. Il y avait des draps mouillés dans la machine à laver. La douche est certes jolie, mais pas pratique. L’eau gicle partout sur le sol, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche pour nettoyer le sol, pas très pratique. Lorsque nous faisons une recherche, avec parking, il ressort cet appartement mais en lisant les conditions, il faut ajouter 15 € par jour, c’est moyen. Pas de soucis, il y a un grand parking juste à côté et le coût journalier est de 7 euros. Enfin il est à noter qu’il y a un restaurant juste en dessous de l’appartement et cela fait du bruit jusque tard dans la soirée.

Het appartement ligt echt in het centrum van Asti. Je loopt zo het stadje in

Er kan geen enkel raam open in het appartement. Je kan dus geen frisse lucht in huis krijgen. Wij vonden dit niet prettig. Verder zijn er een aantal toegangsdeuren met verschillende sleutels… mijn dochter was opgesloten in het appartement en de eigenaar moest zelfs komen om haar te bevrijden. Er werd haar verweten het appartement op slot gedraaid te hebben maar daar was geen sprake van. Mijn dochter vond t heel vervelend allemaal. De verhuurorganisqtie was overigens meteen heel actief en ondernam meteen actie.

Appartamento molto spazioso e moderno! Arredamento elegante! Zona abbastanza centrale.

La serratura dell’apt. non si apriva… Non avevamo capito che la sala d’ingresso era in comune con altri locatari e quando abbiamo sentito qualcuno che cercava di aprire la porta ci siamo un po’ spaventate… Inoltre c’era un concerto nella piazza vicina, quindi non si poteva entrare nella via indicata dal gps nemmeno per scaricare le valigie e la musica (orrenda) è continuata fino alle h.2,00am! Inoltre l’appartamento era caldissimo: bisognava accendere l’aria condizionata almeno qualche ora prima perché non c’è un condizionatore in ogni camera da letto, ma solo in una e l’altro in cucina! Quindi finestre chiuse per il rumore e almeno 35 C in casa 🥵
