Nice compact apartment near everything

All easy, good location a few minutes to main square, shops, restaurants etc. The place was compact but everything you need, I slept in the sofa bed and was very comfortable.

Top spot to stay at great value

The size of the apartment gave us space to Relax. Our Host Renzo met us at the property and took us through all we needed to know. A kind and helpful gent. Close to town centre and train made it perfect for us. Bonus was the building having a lift.

Great stay

Saretta was very accommodating to the point where we collected from the station at 20.20 on our arrival. apartment was organized and clean and the wifi was good. All amenities were there to cook and the apsrtment was close to good restaurants a supermarket and the piazza Alfieri.

Appartamento molto spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort. Letto comodissimo, c'è anche una scelta di cuscini di diversi pesi. Bagno spazioso, finestrato, con ampia doccia. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile a dare consigli. L'appartamento è al quarto piano ed è raggiungibile tramite ascensore.

Pochi giorni ma ci hanno permesso di visitare Langhe e Monferrato come era nei nostri desideri

Ottima posizione in centro. Preziose le indicazioni per il parcheggio: vicino, comodo e gratuito.

Migliorerei la pulizia della cucina e.della porta d'ingresso lato interno. Il divano è piuttosto sfondato

Appartamento in zona centralissima, molto confortevole. Il proprietario é stato molto gentile e prodigo di consigli per il nostro breve soggiorno.

Vicino a tutto, comodo pulito e grazioso.

Molto accogliente, pulito, bilocale spazioso e grazioso. C'è tutto il necessario e anche di più! Asciugacapelli e piastra presenti in bagno, acqua succhi nel frigo e merendine. Host veramente molto gentile e disponibile siamo stati molto bene. Grazie di tutto!

Se devo trovare dei difetti ma li definirei piu dei consigli per rendere da 10 la valutazione: la tapparella della camera non arriva a terra quindi entra la luce di prima mattina, può non far fastidio ma c'è chi non lo sopporta. Inoltre si sentono un po' di rumori dalla strada e dagli appartamenti vicini, ma come prima la cosa può non far fastidio a tutti. Infatti nonostante queste piccolezze siamo stati veramente bene!

Tutto perfetto dall’inizio alla fine!

Ho soggiornato due giorni nell’appartamento Saretta ad Asti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La casa è splendida, curata in ogni dettaglio e molto accogliente. Anche il proprietario si è dimostrato gentile e sempre disponibile. Siamo state davvero bene: consigliatissimo!

El dueño estuvo muy atento a nuestra llegada. Se comunico con anticipación y fue siempre cordial. Llegando al apartamento todo estaba como en la descripción. Fue una experiencia muy positiva .

Appartement au calme dans une ville superbe

Proche du centre historique et au calme. Appartement confortable avec toutes commodités. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous étions attendus par le propriétaire qui nous avait gentillement gardé une place de parking juste en face. Asti est une ville au patrimoine culturel important C’est une belle découverte.

Il serait bien d'ajouter un micro-ondes, pratique quand on veut pas trop cuisiner, manque des plats pour le four. Pas de balai ou aspirateur. Appartement mal insonorisé, bruyant on entend énormément les voisins.
