Perfect location, you can see the beach from the balcony. The apartment is nice, clean and has everything you would need. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which we used our firestick to watch Netflix etc. The bedroom is on the back of the property and away from the main road.
The property is close to the recycling bins, we were there for Cheltenham week, so it was a busy time. There is some noise from bins which are emptied daily and the filling of the bins. This wasn’t an issue, but something to be aware of.

I have been to this resort many times and I know that this apartment was (see further comments) situated in an excellent location for me.
The communication received was good and informative. I found the property to be in very good order, very clean and tidy. It had everything required for a comfortable stay. Very clean bedding and towels. Plenty of hot water for the shower.
However, on previous visits to this resort situated in front of the apartment was a Chinese restaurant. Very little or no noise. Unfortunately this had been closed down and an open air bar/music venue has been opened in the last week. Unfortunately the music in the evenings coming from this bar is exceptionally loud and goes on well into the early hours. So if you want a (relatively) early and quiet night this may not be the place for you.
