Excellent facilities and location, very comfortable stay

Not a dislike, but would have benefitted from a sun parasol for the pool as none provided there, it seemed like the individual apartments all brought their own

Very nice apartment in an amazing location. Two steps to what Puerto del Carmen has to offer and yet very nicely located in a very quiet private gated community.

It was all great.

Very beautiful territory appartment complex (photo attached). Spotlessly clean apartment itself, close to a wonderful beach.

The balcony stinks of kitchen waste from the hoods of the cafe in front of the apartment. And I attach a photo what you really see from the balcony. There was no third duvet/blanket at all. Only two, despite the fact that we booked for three adult people. The reaction of the hostess was very strange and completely not customer friendly - "we leave in the room what we consider sufficient, look under the sofa (we'd looked before contacting, there was none), you will have to wait until the morning we'll bring you a duvet". But nobody brought us anything the next day as she promised. Only after 2 nights and a lot of messages, they brought a pleid. No duvet. There are practically no sockets - either you turn on a lamp or a mobile charger or a mosquito repellent. There is no shelf in the bathroom to put shampoo/soap, you have to constantly get out of the shower to take/put soap, shampoo, etc. The floor in the shower is slippery. A small boiler heats the water, the family will not be able to go into the shower one after another. A bright, huge street lamp from the outside brightly illuminated the living room at night - curtains were needed, which were not there, and it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to sleep. (In the bedroom everything was fine, but there are only two beds there)
